Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All products sold on deewp.com are digital downloads. Since digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods, no physical returns are applicable.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the plugin for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@deewp.com with your order number and the email address used during purchase. Alternatively, you can contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle using the original payment method. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription, you may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to plugin updates or support.
